Alright...my first day of trial in the dental clinic..
Well...not too bad...
Figured out the basics at least...
Basics like changing the napkins, plastic cups and replace used tools after every patient has left
Next up, to identify the tools in terms of their names..and on which situations are they going to use those tools..
Yvonne said there's lots of tools to remember..she said there's drawers and drawers of tools...
BUT...I think they're repetitive?
So to be exact, yes there's lots of tools but not too many TYPES of tools..
Nevertheless, I still have to know the names and to identify them
Hopefully by one week, I'll be able to assist the doc on my own and able to know which tools to use on different situations besides the basic normal tools and also mix some mixtures for patients who needs filings or something else.
Well, no doubt, there's bound to have a couple of unfriendly faces when you first enter the clinic when you said you're here for trial
Just endure....it's a small matter..
People tend to give such faces when you're inexperienced, thinking too highly of themselves, stares here and there...
Yup, it's a matter of the level of endurance..
I bet, those people who have walked out halfway during their trial or training previously is mainly because:
1. That kind of idiotic faces they receive from the two ladies, thinking that newcomers are inexperienced and they're waiting to see how long the newcomers can last or thinking that probably they're the 134567654321st person to give up
2. They didn't notice those 1234564321 tools are mostly repetitive, just that they put them in a bunch which are of the same kind, so it scares and stresses them
