This is the comment given by my enterprise faci...
"Hi Phylis,
Wow. Such a long RJ. The longest that you have ever written. But it's really GOOD! You managed a SWOT analysis quite well.
I see you making good effort in improving. Though I still need to prompt you now and then for an answer otherwise you would not speak. You are at the B+ level. I am very close to giving you a A.
Here are some ways you can look into:
- More comments from you. I like to ask you questions because I want to hear more of your voice. I need to hear you SPEAK UP.
- Share personal examples relating to the problem statement. Debra, Ru Lan and recently Azhiem are very good in this.
- Show leadership skills. Lead group discussions during class or breakout. Nicholas, Adilah are good in this.
- Write good RJ. Doesn't have to long, but must be reflective. A lot of my RJ questions are about application. Recognising what we learnt today in our daily lives."
Pui...!
Well..I hate to hear your voice..
WHy don't you just shut your gap?

"Thank you for your sense of humour during presentation :-) However, today you did not seem as confident as in the past weeks, and I think that made you hold back. Please do give your best each day."
Haha..!
Well..I don't why.
I'm doing for the sake of doing it. I really know the reason why we use this formula or whatsoever to solve this problem.
HAHA..
SO pardon me ya?
hahaa
Wow...sense of humour yo!
I remembered what he asked that day and I made the class laugh when I'm answering him.
FACI: what do you need to come out with this answer or in other words, to solve this problem?
(he was expecting numbers or formulas from us..)
ME: erm....CALCULATOR..!!
